Billie Allen fell in love with leadership theory at an early age, and quickly mastered small-team dynamics—then everything changed. Her talent for transforming struggling teams led to four promotions in five years, catapulting her into leading 100+ direct reports across five regions. Facing a daily avalanche of competing priorities, she had to scale her abilities to optimize time and empower others dramatically. What began as a steep learning curve evolved into a passion for mastery—and a mission to help other leaders thrive.
For the past 15 years, Billie Allen has guided values-driven leaders to amplify their influence and effectiveness. She helps you reclaim your time and reignite your passion for leadership.
Billie Allen's first professional speaking role was briefing senior leaders as an Operations Intelligence Analyst in the Air Force. She has more than two decades combined experience in Executive Coaching, Leadership/Business Consulting, Award-Winning Curriculum Development, and Corporate Training (for companies such as Kia Motors, Raytheon Technologies, Qualcomm, Endo Pharmaceuticals, Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Anthem Blue Cross, and Magellan Health). Billie has been a trusted partner for Startup Founders, Fortune 500 Executives, Education, and Non-Profit Leaders. She's also worked with a former Senator, a few actors, an international musician, a former Olympian, two multi-millionaires, and other world-class coaches.
Billie is a first-generation college student who earned her Bachelor's with Highest Honors (Summa Cum Laude; Psychology/English) nights and weekends while serving active duty—briefing and training leaders on intelligence and counterterrorism, and sometimes working 13-hour shifts—in the Air Force. She pursued her Master's in Experimental Psychology, taking graduate classes in psychology, neuropsychology, and human resource development.
Billie has practiced mindfulness since 2003, attending several ten-day and three-day silent Vipassana courses, a Zen intensive, and many one-day sittings at Deer Park Monastery (meditation center founded by Thich Nhat Hanh). In 2006, she attended a week-long mindfulness class led in person by His Holiness the Dalai Lama. She is also certified in: International Coaching Federation (ICF) Group Coaching, Executive Coaching (CEC), Success Intelligence Coaching, Strategic Intervention Coaching (Tony Robbins/Cloe Madanes), and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
She has trained in Authentic Leadership, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Nonviolent/Compassionate Communication (NVC), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), The Empowerment Dynamic (TED), Ontological-Phenomenological Coaching Applications, Authentic Relating, Improv and much more.
Billie has a deep passion for education and multidisciplinary continuous learning. Through this diverse knowledge and experience, she's developed a talent for pattern recognition and creative insight. She's known for her "laser-sharp” ability to see straight through to the heart of the matter. And for her outside-the-box—and often paradoxical—coaching and leadership strategies that have been known to move mountains.
